  1. Definitions – we, us, our is Roadsign Supports Ltd
  2. Login details must be kept confidential and must not be shared, or confidential information accessed on the website re-sent to third parties unless as part of the project. Please advise them to gain their own access rights from us.
  3. All designs, drawings and information are copyright to Roadsign Supports Ltd and must be kept confidential to the person or firm that has Login rights.
  4. Our designs can be copied onto contract drawings provided our name and product is stated within the drawing, such as Type 1 Monopole by Roadsign Supports Ltd.
  5. Prices exclude GST, freight. Unless specified quotes are valid for 30 days.
  6. We cannot fix quotes in advance for future projects. We supply to our standard terms and current pricing at the time of supply.
  7. Prepurchasing and stockpiling materials on customer account is not normally available. If materials are to be held then storage charges will apply.
  8. Prices and specifications may change at any time. 30 days is minimum notice period.
  9. Supply is chargeable when goods are ready at our store to send.
  10. Goods are insured to onto truck. Please check your marine cargo insurance.
  11. Goods must be checked for order correctness before & during installation as we can’t take responsibility for costs if goods are installed then found to be incorrect.
  12. The customer is responsible for site surveying and data input into the calculator which becomes direct manufacturing information.
  13. Products are to be strictly installed to supplied instruction sheets by fully trained and competent persons, with as-built records held on file recommended.
  14. Our liability for new goods supplied is limited to repair or replacement only on a back to store basis.
  15. Should wrong poles be supplied they must be held and protected for our collection. Should they go missing a 50% charge will be made.
  16. Goods can be returned if they are resellable and a restocking charge may apply.
  17. Advice from us is for guidance only, and final decisions are to be made by the Project Engineer.
  18. Delivery from order usually is 2-3 weeks for poles and ex stock for Feet.
  19. We cannot take responsibility for delays in supply outside of our control nor can we be penalised for damages as a consequence.
  20. Any 20th of month credit may be altered or partly or entirely withdrawn at any time.
  21. Supply may be stopped should payment not be made after the end of the following month of supply.
  22. Cash sales must be paid for prior to manufacture or supply.
  23. We guarantee materials and workmanship on a return to store basis.
  24. Mill certificates for steel and galvanising can be supplied with prior arrangement.
  25. Special contract guarantees with customers or their head contractors outside of our NZTA obligations cannot be provided.
